Beautiful just renovated studio apartment in the heart of the pedestrian area of Jerusalem, within 10 minutes walk from the Old City, Machane Yehuda street market and most main attractions in the city, in the heart of Jerusalem night-life, coffees and restaurants area.
You will love the design and the comfort of the apartment, its large TV screen with Netflix, its Nespresso machine and juicer to begin your day with a good cup of coffee and a fresh squizzed orange juice.
The studio, designed as a small loft, is located on the 3rd floor of a 1930’s built building and is served by an elevator which opens directly into the apartment. It has high-ceilings and a south facing balcony overlooking Ben Yehuda Street. The isolated windows make it possible to combine the vibrating life of Ben Yehuda directly from the balcony with the quietness of a cozy home.
We believe that small moments of coziness greatly contribute to improve the overall experience of a trip, to create great memories and therefore, we had our apartment fully renovated in 2016.
It includes a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nepresso machine facing the living room and a mezzanine which serves as a sleeping area. We have equipped the apartment with a 40 inch LED TV with Netflix and a high-quality sound system which will let you play your favorite music directly from your smartphone or tablet.
It also includes all necessary basic facilities such as high speed internet, washing and drying machine and air conditioning.
In addition to the studio itself, guests will enjoy the use of our small lobby which is available to the hosts of both our twin studios. The lobby is a nice and enlightened place to sit in with two small desks which will let you grab a cup of coffee or a beer while you're working on your laptop.
Interaction with guests
Jerusalem is a thrilling place to live in and to visit, and our dream is to share this love with others by giving them the opportunity to meet from the inside this unique 3000 years old city, its contrasts and diversities and the people who live in.
Our vision of hospitality:
We believe that a great experience is always based on people and encounters and that therefore our guests should be welcomed and taken care of by good friends or members of our family. Our family originates from very diverse cultures and places around the world, such as Yemen, France, Morocco and Central Europe and we always consider meetings with new people as a great opportunity.
We will be more than happy to advise you about places and activities to do in Jerusalem or anywhere else in Israel.
And if you are looking for a real insider experience, we’ll do our best to arrange for you encounters with locals who will tell you their personal story of Jerusalem on diverse and unique angles such as cooking, music, art and high tech.
On the other side, we are committed to respect our guests personal space and privacy.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question.

Hi, I am David. I was born in France and live in happiness here in Israel since 1999. I am married to Efrat and thanks to her I have the tremendous honor to belong to a wonderful, large and warm Yemenite family. We have 3 children Erel, Hoshen and Sinai and live in Jerusalem. I am an entrepreneur in IT but my dream is to develop an initiative which combines education and entrepreneurship. In my free time, I love to run, meet new people and have quality time with my family.
What I love about Israel is its people, its unique energy and its tremendous diversity. I particularly enjoy to share this passion with others and one of my goals is to try to give them an opportunity to feel our country from the inside, to meet it in its everyday life.
We'd love to host you in one of our two new twin studios that we have designed to make sure our guests will have an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Jerusalem. But if you'd like to, we'd love the most to have the opportunity to meet you, to answer to your questions in order to make your stay memorable.
