In recent years, the place has functioned as a cultural venue and restaurant with concerts and workshops within season (May-August). The price includes cleaning and besides from that you can buy either of these services:
Towels and bed sheets: 60 SEK/person
Brunch: 120 SEK/person
Other meals, when not in season, can be order in advance if you notice us. In the season, you have to possibility to eat in our restaurant. Otherwise, you are free to use the fully equipped kitchen.
We are both living at the ground floor. We will be home to give you the key whenever you arrive and you can always contact us on our phone, if you have any questions. Otherwise, our contact will probably limit itself to the clean sheets and the possible dinners you order.
The house is located in a very peaceful and quiet area. You will find yourself surrounded by forest and lakes. The nearest nature reserve is within few kilometers of walking.
Local buses are few with the nearest bus stop being Skånes Fakerhult Kirka at about 12 kilometers from the house. The area is best explored either by foot or bike, which can be rented at the price off 150 SEK/day. It is also possible to rent canoes at a nearby shop.
My name is Olga and originally I come from Copenhagen. Recently, I have moved to Sweden with my boyfriend, Mikkel, to run Kvarnen in Kornhult and enjoy the beautiful nature, which I would like to share with you.
