The place is great! Location, amenities and the place itself it's super comfy. Good details and wide spaces to relax, after a beach day or a jungle bike ride. Try to always communicate with the hosts to let them know about everything. Be sure to visit the pool in the top floor at sunset... it's beautiful ! If available, order in advance bicycles, the apartment is near downtown and the beach, so you have the best of both worlds. A lovely place to stay, I will be back for sure .

We had a pleasant stay at Claudio's place. The place is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Vianey, the local host, was very friendly and accommodating. The AC and electricity went out on the first night, so that made it difficult to sleep, but they were very responsive to try to fix it by the next morning and we appreciated all their effort to make it right. One thing to note, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap since they don't provide those items. Overall, I'd stay here again for the service, location, and comfortable beds. :) Thanks Claudio for everything!

The apartment is really nice and is well located in a residential area. There is a small and well-stocked supermarket in a walking distance. The concierge Lennin was always available for any inquiry and willing to help.

Lenin who helped run the place was amazing! Claudios condo was in a perfect location & was beautiful. There was a problem at one point with the water but Lenin was on top of it and even let us check out a little later so we could shower once the water was fixed! Definitely staying here again when we're in Tulum

Great apartment building in the Aldea Zama village! Everything looked just like the pictures (from the balcony to the rooftop to the bathrooms), and it felt very upscale, with modern amenities. The beds were very comfy and large (king size!), and we took advantage of the full kitchen for breakfasts (grocery store right up the street on your way into town). Tulum staff were great! Lenin responded to all of our needs, and not just because he was in the office right below us (perk!) His directions were spot-on--trust me you'll find it exactly where he says you will! The location is in the middle of everything (short distance to town, short distance to beach, since we liked doing both), and while we felt that having a car was a must (especially since this is pretty far down the road once you enter the Village), the apartment did offer scooters and bikes for hire. Parking was so easy, since this is a residential area, and visiting the ruins and/or nearby cenotes is just more convenient if you have your own vehicle. We also loved Aura, the apartment's beach-access point. It felt totally private (maybe there were 10 people there at one time), the food and drinks were cheap, and the service was very attentive. It of course got busier on the weekends. We originally planned on going to other beach clubs, but luckily ran our plans by Lenin one day and he suggested Tulum Home's beach, and we honestly never looked back, going there 3 of our 5-day stay! It would have been nice if the rooftop Jacuzzi were heated for cooler nights, so we didn't really use the balcony other than for sunsets and star gazing (we didn't want to be on the roof in the pool when we could be at the ocean). Also, a lot of Airbnb's offer small maps, restaurant suggestions (even personal favorites), or other tips about the area with things to visit for the guests staying there, which would have been helpful and/or added a personal touch. We just relied on the guidebooks and internet, though, which was always reliable and never had an issue connecting to. A note to light sleepers: this is an up and coming area, so there is construction that starts every day at 8am near the building (except Sundays). Otherwise, the area quiets down for the evening. We only heard our neighbors upstairs twice.
