It's a so nice department with good view n location.Have a supermarket n free tram downstairs, it's so convenient for our family.The room is so clean .Blake is so nice to leave a keybox for us since we are so late to arrive to Melbourne. Restaurants are few in this area,maybe we haven't find them.

It was a nice place to stay conveniently located was easy to access the CBD especially being right in front of the free tram zone. Place was spacious enough for 6 people.

Perfect apartment for 3 singles or 3 couples. 3 decent sized bedrooms (one with on-suite), 2 bathrooms and lovely lounge area with dining table. Very tastefully decorated. In a great location, beautiful views and great amenities. It was so nice to have a warm spa after walking around all day. We loved our stay there. Blake was a lovely and communication was always answered in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend. We'll be back for sure! :)

Great apartment overall! I went with my family (7 adults + a 3 year old) and we had a pleasant stay. The view from the apartment was incredible at night and even daytime. The kitchen was fully equipped with cutleries, pans and cutting boards. There were 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed at the living area. Blake responded fast to all my enquiries before and during the stay. The location was awesome as well - tram stop is right in front of the apartment and is within the free tram zone area; the convention centre/ southwharf DFO/Etihad Stadium are all only about 10 mins walk away. Plus woolworths supermarket is 2-3 mins walk away and is open fr 7am til 10pm daily. Would definitely come back here next time we're in Melbourne!

All good except the deficiency of trash bin in kitchen and quilt on bed.

Hi Lucas, the trash bin is present in the kitchen. Might just have to show you next time how to place rubbish in it. Not sure what you mean by deficiency of a quilt on bed, there is a quilt on each bed.
