The space

This is a very modern 1 bedroom apartment located in picturesque inner city village Woolloomooloo.
The apartment is located on level 2 and overlooks a courtyard and leafy surrounds. Sunny all year around with plenty of natural light streaming in. With ducted air conditioning to keep you cool through the warmer summer months.

Full sized kitchen includes oven, hotplates, microwave and cooking appliances perfect for guests who wish to cook during their stay.

Lounge room
Large living area with a Comfortable 2 seat fold out sofa in front of a 60 inch plasma tv. Wifi is included. Small dining area for two, perfect also for those wishing to work through out their stay.

Very comfortable queen sized latex memory foam mattress, built in double wardrobes with hanging space.

Large bathroom with shower, toilet and built in laundry area including washer and dryer, including vacuum cleaner.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the buildings facilities

The building hosts magnificent 360 degree views of Sydney. Stunning location to view the sun setting over Sydney harbour. There are seating areas to take in the glorious views. Guests staying over the new year period will enjoy uninterrupted views of the Sydney New Year's Eve fireworks- one of the largest fire works displays in the world.

A large gymnasium is located on the ground floor overlooking a courtyard. The gym includes a variety of equipment including a weight bench, treadmills, stair climber and punching bag.

Located behind the gymnasium is a spa open to guests until 10pm daily.

The sauna room is perfect place to unwind with bench seating and showers located nearby.

The buildings concierge is available Monday - Saturday 7am- 7pm. Always there to lend a hand or advice about the surrounding area.

Parking is available across the road at Domain parking station with 24 hour access.

Interaction with guests

We will be available to check you in and introduce you to our apartment. Help is close by should anything arise that you need help with.

The unit is tidy and clean, however it is very close to the train line which runs every couple of the minutes, from early morning to late in the night. The train noise was disturbing and unfortunately had to check out after 10 days and pay for 30 days cancelation policy...

The train noise is minimal, the apartment is located in the inner city which most frequent travellers knows, this comes with external noise out of our control. After 9 years of tenants and over 30 airbnb guests with no complaints I think this was an excuse to end her contract early due to her exceptionally high demands. We have a strict cancellation policy due to the fact our apartment is in constant high demand, this was clearly stated on entering our rental agreement. There was no way we could refund you since we turned down even longer stays to accommodate you. Sorry this didnt go as planned, we did all we could to help remedy the situation. I don't think you're right for the airbnb community.

Rob is an amazing host - from the time of booking via messaging, to meeting upon check-in, he is extremely helpful and friendly. This was our first trip to Australia and he was very helpful with recommendations, public transportation info, etc. The home is walking distance to everything, and in a beautiful/safe location. Highly recommend.

Rob was an excellent host. The check in was very easy! The apartment was perfect had everything required. The walk to the city was really quick - 5 minutes to the main shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Rob was a very accessible host. The apartment is perfectly located across an express footway that brings you to the city center, and just around the corner from the apartment you can walk into the quiet residential neighborhood with art galleries, bakeries, and cafes. Because the building is located right across a car park, it was convenient for Sydney based friends to pickup and drop off. The apartment itself is clean, neat, stocked with many conveniences, and roomy for two. Brand new linens and towels are a plus. An added feature of the building is a security key that has to be scanned to access the building and floor and convenient recycling rooms on the same floor. We most definitely will be back and hope to stay at Rob's.
