The apartment is located on level 2 and overlooks a courtyard and leafy surrounds. Sunny all year around with plenty of natural light streaming in. With ducted air conditioning to keep you cool through the warmer summer months.
Full sized kitchen includes oven, hotplates, microwave and cooking appliances perfect for guests who wish to cook during their stay.
Large living area with a Comfortable 2 seat fold out sofa in front of a 60 inch plasma tv. Wifi is included. Small dining area for two, perfect also for those wishing to work through out their stay.
Very comfortable queen sized latex memory foam mattress, built in double wardrobes with hanging space.
Large bathroom with shower, toilet and built in laundry area including washer and dryer, including vacuum cleaner.

The building hosts magnificent 360 degree views of Sydney. Stunning location to view the sun setting over Sydney harbour. There are seating areas to take in the glorious views. Guests staying over the new year period will enjoy uninterrupted views of the Sydney New Year's Eve fireworks- one of the largest fire works displays in the world.
A large gymnasium is located on the ground floor overlooking a courtyard. The gym includes a variety of equipment including a weight bench, treadmills, stair climber and punching bag.
Located behind the gymnasium is a spa open to guests until 10pm daily.
The sauna room is perfect place to unwind with bench seating and showers located nearby.
The buildings concierge is available Monday - Saturday 7am- 7pm. Always there to lend a hand or advice about the surrounding area.
Parking is available across the road at Domain parking station with 24 hour access.

We will be available to check you in and introduce you to our apartment. Help is close by should anything arise that you need help with.

Strictly no smoking inside the apartment, fire escapes, garden areas or common rooftop. There are designated smoking areas to the left and right hand side of the exterior of the building.
No additional guests. Under no circumstances are additional guests to stay.
This apartment can hold a maximum of 2 people.

Cleaning products are provided and vacuum cleaner is located in cupboard.
Long term guests. We reserve the right to inspect the apartment throughout your stay. This will be an agreed upon scheduled time. Pre approved scheduled cleaning times can also be arranged around your schedule.
