This is a good apartment for maximum 4 people in West London area. It is newly renovated and well equiped especially kitchen area and bathroom. Bedroom is small but adequate and double sofabed in living area is comfortable. Close to West Kensington tube and buses are close too. Recommended

This apartment is a little smaller than I expected but still good location and the host is helpful with check in. There were some noisy motors running in the middle of the night.

Thanks Yu-Thung for your feedback we are glad that you appreciate our effort to make your stay as smooth as possible in our lovely cosy flat! Unfortunately the noise coming from the street is out of our control as Central London is busy and double-glazed windows do not seem to be enough for people not used to its bustling life :). Hi Olly, I am very surprised regarding your comment as you never mentioned noise during your stay. I understand having a child makes sound more of a problem but this flat is pretty quiet, so I'm not quite sure what you mean :)

First of all, I will list the good things. The flat itself is exactly like the photos shown. Very clean. Very modern. Very near Olympia Exhibition Centre. Tea and coffee were available (but no sugar). Wifi worked perfect. Now the not-so-good things: Since this flat is handled by an agency rather than the real owner, I will refer to them as agent instead of host. My initial flight's ETA at London is 7 pm and I told the agent that I would probably arrive at the flat around 9 pm. They said it was very late and said the only option for me was if I took a taxi from the airport to the flat. Keys to the flat would be given to me by the taxi driver who would drive me to the flat. The cost was 42 pounds. I could have rented a taxi of my own from Heathrow to the flat for only 25 pounds. But since the agent could not meet me in person to give me the keys, I had to go with the only option I was given. Okay. No problem. But then something happened and my flight's ETA changed to 6 am the next day. I, of course, notify the agent of the changes and was assured that the taxi driver would meet me with the keys to the apartment. I arrived in London, was met by a lovely and courteous taxi driver, but lo and behold, he did not have the keys for me. I reached the flat at around 7.30 am and had to wait for approximately 1.5 hours before the keys were finally delivered to me. I was told that the keys were handed over to the taxi company the day before and it's the taxi company who forgot to give it the driver. Anyway, I was not happy. I just had an exhausting 14-hour flight and the only thing I wanted was to rest in the flat I have paid for. No such luck apparently. The agent offered an apology via text message. But that's about it. Never met any of them. The flat is not quiet at all. You can hear noises and voices from the street outside. And you will constantly hear noises from neighbours in the flat upstairs. So not recommended for light sleepers. The wardrobe in the bedroom was pretty much useless for me. The wardrobe (the only one which was not locked) were packed full with all extra linens and towels. And the pole with hangers were up there so high they were impossible for me to reach. So, yeah, practically no place to store my clothes. Another point to think about, if your flight back home is at night and you had to vacate the flat at noon, you can leave your luggage with the agency, BUT their office is quite far away from the flat. They said it was located near the Highbury & Islington Station. Yep, that is not helpful at...

Dear Lingliana, First of all, let me tell you that I was really surprised when I saw your review. We have suggested you a taxi from the airport to the flat because on the beginning you were supposed to arrive on Saturday night. Finally you told us on Saturday morning that your flight was delayed and that you would be arriving on the Monday morning at 7am instead. As scheduled, the driver came, but forgot the keys at his office. You called us at 7am and we tried to fix the issue as soon as we could. As it was really early in the morning, their office was closed and as soon as they opened they came with the keys. Unfortunately this kind of issue was really out of our control and we did everything to resolve it asap. Regarding the noise, we are a bit surprised because this flat is well insulated and we never had such reviews. So not quite sure what you are talking about. Regarding the wardrobe, we will find another place to store extra towels for our guests so that you can have as much space as possible. Regarding the luggages, we are sorry you were not happy with the alternative we kindly offered. You however should remember that we are not a hotel, so our office is unfortunately not located in the flats that we rent out. Maybe see you some other time :)

We all love Airbnb! But being a host can be a full time job if you want to do it properly, so we are here to help you!

Our services are aimed at landlords who don't have the time to list and manage their property and those who don't live in London and have properties they want to rent out but can't physically manage them… We take care of the checkin, checkout (24/7, anytime during day and night time), of the emergency calls, cleaning, laundry and we answer all the guests' requests very quickly.

We also provide many services to the guests such as booking a cab or a restaurant, helping them with directions, reassuring the ones who never booked through Airbnb, … We also provide services to our clients (we can send your mail, collect your deliveries, ...).
