We are directly located next door to Whole Foods Market and the ever so popular Bottega Louie. This unit includes a 55 inch TV, HD Premium cable channels, high end furnishings including a queen bed, plush sofa. Kitchen is fully equipped w/cookware for any occasion. FREE WIFI.

Closets are completely empty, the place is all yours.

Complementary coffee, sugar and creamer is provided for you to enjoy along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, new dish sponge and kitchen dish soap.

Clean towels, fresh blankets/sheets, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and 1 air mattress is provided for your use and to enjoy.

When checking in, YOU MUST BRING A PHOTO ID, DRIVERS LICENSE OR PASSPORT THAT MATCHES YOUR RESERVATION, NO ACCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

PARKING : unfortunately parking is not included, this is the only way I'm able to keep reservation cost so low for guest, as everyone doesn't need it. However, onsite parking is available for an additional $25.00 a day. I can prearrange this for you with the building before your arrival if needed. This must be paid separate in cash.


STRICT CHECK OUT : We have a strict check out time, so please be considerate for the people after you, we also need time to clean so all guests must follow our check in & check out time : Check in time is 3 P.M.
Check out time is 10 A.M.

We give a grace period of 15 mins check out, so please be considerate for the next guest after you. If you check out late, you will be charged from your deposit, you'll be charged $50 dollars for every 30 minutes after 10:15 am checkout time.


NO SMOKING -- this building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including communal roof-top areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit and you will lose your $300 deposit.

LOCKOUTS: please keep your keys on you at all times. Once the door is closed, it automatically locks. 24 hour concierge services it's not available. In the event of a lockout, a $100.00 lockout fee is strictly enforced. It must be paid at the time of re-opening the door to management. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NOISE: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are 10PM-8AM.

NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES

VISITORS: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. We do ask that the number of visitors be limited to 2 individuals during your stay, unless pre-authorized.

NO LIT CANDLES --

NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS -- If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or advertising shoots please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. You may be subject to the forfeit of your security deposit and/or removal from the property is you are found in violation of this.

DAMAGE: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES & ACTIVITY: The use or involvement of illegal substances, activity and any solicitation of any sort is highly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction from the property, and will result in law enforcement participation.

PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

GUESTS: For security purpose for all of us, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb ( including a picture. )

If your reservations shows signs of fraud, abuse or illegal suspicious activity, causing excessive noises, nuisance. We may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address or account, without any warnings and escort you & your guests out of the units and property immediately.

The reservations may not be use for any photo shoots, filming or commercial purposes without our consent, If found, you will be liable for any damages and violations of our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and you will be liable for monetary losses to us, including litigation costs and damages. The nights not spent will not be refunded per our strict cancellation policy.

ADDITIONAL COMPLEMENTARY ITEMS : coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a new dish sponge & kitchen dish soap are all items that are included during your stay.

Any items that are NOT listed are your responsibility to provide for your stay. We are located next door to Whole Foods, 7 eleven & CVS. (picking up items like water, laundry detergent or food is really convenient and just a few steps away.

Unfortunately, a communication breakdown led to a stressful stay at Lene's place. We rented two rooms in the same building for three visiting artists, one for 12 days, and one for 14 days. Upon check-in, the host (Eddy, not Lene) ushered the first arrivals (the 14-day guests) into the unit that had been booked for only 12 days. One reason the mistake was not initially noticed was that the unit numbers were not listed anywhere on the booking itinerary, but instead provided later at my request via AirBnB messenger. With the rooms very similar looking, and just two units apart, we trusted the host(s) to check-us in to the correct rooms, based on the names of the guests associated with each booking. Upon the 12 day check-out date, the host called with anger and surprise that the unit was still occupied, threatening to "call the cops," and threatening to charge additional rates. The agreed upon solution was to ask the longer term guests to switch rooms during the last two days of their stay, into an uncleaned room. The bed linens were at least changed at my request. But this unapologetic behavior felt counter to the behavior expected from a host.

Great location! Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Neighborhood felt fairly safe. The loft was adorable and not really "lofty" at all. Although the bedroom didn't have a door, it had its own area away from living area. There was also a hall leading to bathroom and laundry room. Very large unit. Adorably decorated--great style. I didn't feel like I was staying at a cheap, turn-and-burn AirBnB. AC worked great. No spectacular views--or any, actually. Outside bedroom window is what appears to be a casual restaurant patio, where people dine (so don't get caught changing with the blondes open!). Water took some time to heat up, but otherwise bathroom amenities were on point. Parking was expensive--overpriced, really--and the garage spot I was assigned was very challenging to get into. The public area was in need of a remodel, including the entrance, but once you got into your unit, it felt very modern. The pricing is really better for longer stays- as the cleaning fee was $130. Lena was very accommodating with my travel needs and very responsive. She was available all the time. Highly recommend staying if you're looking for somewhere in the area.

Had SUCH a great stay at Lene's place! I stayed for 10 days during a work trip and had no issues whatsoever. The apartment is great, check-in was a breeze, and the roof is pretty incredible as well. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Lene!

The place is plenty big to be comfortable, along with being kept well. Location wise is fantastic as it is a walkable distance from L.A. Live, Staples Center, Convention Cneter. Our host was fantastic with communication, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location in the heart of downtown right down the street from Whole Foods! Lene is friendly and very easy to communicate with. Great value for your money when it comes to staying in DTLA. Apartment has all the basic necessities but is a little spartan and check out times are strict.
