Complementary coffee, sugar and creamer is provided for you to enjoy along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, new dish sponge and kitchen dish soap.
Clean towels, fresh blankets/sheets, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and 1 air mattress is provided for your use and to enjoy.

Interaction with guests
I'm always available to communicate by text, email or messenger through Airbnb.
For safety purposes, your profile picture must be fully clear and identifiable on your airbnb account or your reservation will be rejected. Your photo on airbnb must be able to match proper legal forms of identification upon arrival of checking in.
When checking in, YOU MUST BRING A PHOTO ID, DRIVERS LICENSE OR PASSPORT THAT MATCHES YOUR RESERVATION, NO ACCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
PARKING : unfortunately parking is not included, this is the only way I'm able to keep reservation cost so low for guest, as everyone doesn't need it. However, onsite parking is available for an additional $25.00 a day. I can prearrange this for you with the building before your arrival if needed. This must be paid separate in cash.
STRICT CHECK OUT : We have a strict check out time, so please be considerate for the people after you, we also need time to clean so all guests must follow our check in & check out time : Check in time is 3 P.M.
Check out time is 10 A.M.
We give a grace period of 15 mins check out, so please be considerate for the next guest after you. If you check out late, you will be charged from your deposit, you'll be charged $50 dollars for every 30 minutes after 10:15 am checkout time.
NO SMOKING -- this building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including communal roof-top areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit and you will lose your $300 deposit.
LOCKOUTS: please keep your keys on you at all times. Once the door is closed, it automatically locks. 24 hour concierge services it's not available. In the event of a lockout, a $100.00 lockout fee is strictly enforced. It must be paid at the time of re-opening the door to management. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOISE: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are 10PM-8AM.
NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES
VISITORS: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. We do ask that the number of visitors be limited to 2 individuals during your stay, unless pre-authorized.
NO LIT CANDLES --
NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS -- If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or advertising shoots please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. You may be subject to the forfeit of your security deposit and/or removal from the property is you are found in violation of this.
DAMAGE: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES & ACTIVITY: The use or involvement of illegal substances, activity and any solicitation of any sort is highly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction from the property, and will result in law enforcement participation.
PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
GUESTS: For security purpose for all of us, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb ( including a picture. )
If your reservations shows signs of fraud, abuse or illegal suspicious activity, causing excessive noises, nuisance. We may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address or account, without any warnings and escort you & your guests out of the units and property immediately.
The reservations may not be use for any photo shoots, filming or commercial purposes without our consent, If found, you will be liable for any damages and violations of our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and you will be liable for monetary losses to us, including litigation costs and damages. The nights not spent will not be refunded per our strict cancellation policy.
ADDITIONAL COMPLEMENTARY ITEMS : coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a new dish sponge & kitchen dish soap are all items that are included during your stay.
Any items that are NOT listed are your responsibility to provide for your stay. We are located next door to Whole Foods, 7 eleven & CVS. (picking up items like water, laundry detergent or food is really convenient and just a few steps away.
