As I said at her Eval she was not a good experience for us, a lot of changes, lies about many things. We are Super Host, we know how to deal with guests, we have reimburse money many times because fligth cancel, México earthquake, sickness, etc, but as I had proves that she was inventing stories to get the money back while I already had her bags at the flat many days etc, Airbnb supported us.
Water, super extra cold place and paper to me looks like excuses after she got mad for not getting money back, even tho we gave back 2 days, is the first time we get this comments. Yes I arrive 23 minutes before 10 and told her am around, not even in the building, let me know when you are ready, at this point she change the time she wanted to leave and at noon she apologize and ask permission to stay 2 more hours after check out time, which I granted.
