This sunny condo offers a spacious 1240 sq ft open floorplan with living area, dining area and kitchen. There is a generous mudroom for skis and boots upon entry to the condo. To the right is the first master suite with king bed, new bedding, vaulted ceilings, ample closet space and separate sink and bath area. To the left is the second master suite with double bed, large closet, full bath and 2 separate sink areas. There is a covered deck for wood storage. 1 car garage parking with height limit of 8'6". Overflow parking is available outside if necessary. Elevators will take you from the garage to level 2 where your home awaits. Laundry room and trash room are inside the building. Jacuzzi is close by with access from the building and a view of it from the living room. You will not find a more spacious 2 bedroom home to rent with this proximity to the ski-lifts, underground garage and elevators.
You'll have access to everything that Aspen Creek has to offer. In the building you will find: laundry room, trash room, ash disposal bins & elevators. There are 3 jacuzzis on the property that you may use. The main jacuzzi for this condo can be seen from the living room window. It is accessed down the hallway. The pool is open in the summer.

Other things to note
Please leave all shoes, skis, gear and ski boots in the mudroom. There is 1 car parking in the garage. There is a height limit at the garage entrance of 8'6". There is overflow parking (readily available in summer) if you don't fit in the garage. Please keep parking pass on your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.

No loud parties. No glass at pool area. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle. Replacement parking pass is $100 and lost key is $100/key. Please remember to leave the pass on the counter when you leave. Keep keys with you at all times. Upon leaving, please place wet towels on bathroom floor. Please put all food remnants in trash upon leaving. This is a home, not a hotel and the supplies need to be treated as such. Thank you and enjoy your stay.
Please make note of the Following Important Extra Fees:
1.) Keys and Parking passes are billed at $100/each if not left inside the condo at check-out.
2.) Jacuzzi keys are $125 to replace.
3.) Cleaning service will arrive by 10:30am on the day of check-out unless you have requested a late check-out. If you turn away the cleaning service on the day of your check-out or delay them from cleaning due to your presence and/or your belongings still in the home, we will bill for double cleaning service.
4.) If you do not request a late check-out and stay beyond 10am, we will bill an extra day.
