Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, private beach, tennis (extra), beach volleyball, garden furniture. In the complex: restaurant, bar, table tennis. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 3.3 km, ferry "Rio Marina" 13 km, sandy beach "Brigantino" 500 m (small). Nearby attractions: Porto Azzurro 5 km, Capoliveri 11 km, Rio nell'Elba 13 km, Portoferraio 18 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Guarded residence. Additional accommodations can be booked. Guests can use the swimming pools (sea water and fresh water) free of charge except the use sunloungers and umbrellas (extra).
