Incl: Amazon fire TV w/voice remote, Bose bluetooth speaker, beach umbrellas + chairs, two bikes (for use in the summer), wood-burning fireplace (for use in winter).
Only unit on the 3rd floor (no shared walls) so enjoy privacy and sea views from kitchen/living area and bedroom. Wood burning fireplace for cold winter nights. Updated AC/heating units in every room.
The unit is on the top floor of building so requires walk up a couple flights of stairs.
The unit does NOT have a parking spot. In the off season (Nov 1-March 31), parking is not enforced so regular street parking or any city lot parking is free (always check signs for restrictions). For April 1-Oct31, there are several private and city parking lots available with daily rates posted. One close one is near the Farlands shop on Bradford and Johnson st. There is also a larger lot next to the "Gulf" gas station also on Bradford. City lots and general parking info can be found on the city of provincetown website. NOTE: Free street parking spots in June-Sept can be very difficult to find especially if you are trying during waking hours (8am-11pm). If you are patient you may find street parking, but otherwise you should anticipate parking outside of town or paying daily rates at a lot. Please make sure not to leave your car on commercial st during any parades, construction, or other events, and always look out for signs noting restrictions on parking.
Other things to note
For summer rentals (July & August) typically 7 night min (sat-sat) is preferred but please contact me for specific availability.
Guests are not to leave bikes around the building. Bikes should be left only at the top floor unit (not on kiley court; nor around the stairs). Please note this is a sensitive issue for building tenants especially the galleries.
