Welcome to the beach! A true OCEAN-FRONT condo on the Golden Mile!
Recently updated 1 Bedroom, Full Kitchen and Bath.
We update our cleaning methods and make upgrades every few months for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.
I provide beach chairs, towels, and linens for the bed at no charge.
Sleeps 4-6. Enjoy pool/hot tub, patio, parking with elevator access, easy key-code entry. This is my home and I'm constantly upgrading the condo here in Myrtle Beach's best neighborhood.

We hope to provide you with a clean, comfortable, and relaxed stay. My family and I love this quiet, well-kept secret in the best stretch of Myrtle Beach!
This ocean-front neighborhood is a hidden gem; a stretch of beautiful homes as a break in Myrtle Beach's miles of towers. An incredible ocean-front 1-bedroom condo in one of the best neighborhoods in Myrtle Beach, known as the golden mile. Less than 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, downtown Myrtle, dozens of golf courses, fine and casual dining, grocery stores, and amusement parks. It's a quick über or taxi from the airport and quick access to major in a quiet and nicely maintained section of the beach.
The true 1 bedroom is spacious & updated with a big, private patio, king bed, full kitchen, pull-out sofa, an extra air mattress, and laundry on site. Plus, you're up on the 19th floor, giving you rare privacy with a view. We usually sit in the kitchen and watch for dolphins in the afternoon!
Traveling with others? It can sleep 4 adults easily, or 6 people if you are traveling with kids or couples. I provide an air mattress and pull-out couch.
With a full kitchen you can make dinner for your whole family while you relax on the spacious patio. Unlike many of Myrtle Beach's condo buildings, no other patios look into yours, so you feel like it's your private beach!
Parking is provided free of charge. The parking lot provides a few levels of covered parking. Our building does not allow motorcycles however. NOTE, the turning radius inside is very small. Navigating through the ramps can be tricky with a larger car. There is street parking available nearby. Please also be aware of local signs. Our parking passes are for the building only and won't suffice for restricted spots off the building property (i.e. streets where signs list restrictions).
You have access to an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna as well as an outdoor pool and sun deck. The lobby is clean, renovated, and well lit with couches, tables, and chairs where you and your guests can relax out of the sun. The beautiful Ocean Forest Plaza is maintained year-round by an active HOA with 3 fast elevators, trash chutes (seems like no big deal, but we've come to really appreciate not taking bags of trash down stairs!), and on-site security. The lobby has a pull-through covered entry so you can unload your luggage in the rain and stay dry!
Of course, we have to mention that there's fast internet and cable. You've gotta post a photo of the sunset ;) or kick back and watch a movie with dinner!
Okay, have I sold you on the place yet?
-the front door uses a key code, so no need to bring keys to the beach or check in to pick up keys.
-there's a/c and heating.
-it has tile floors throughout for easy cleaning.
-we have a toaster!

The Golden Mile is a gem in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It is a protected area by the city and the whole area is manicured and up-kept regularly. Our HOA staffs a security officer and is constantly improving the building to make sure it meets the needs of modern travelers.
