Built in 1893, this two story 4,000sqft Victorian is like taking a step back in time. The residence is a working Bed and Breakfast (Denton Street Heritage House, please feel free to peruse our website of the same name for more room options). The house is located a few streets away from the Gainesville historic square, the Zoo, museum, shopping and more. Less than 10 miles from Winstar Casino. Come be our guest and relax in a character filled location!

The space

This gorgeous house has private renovated bathrooms for each of the main bedrooms, two outside porches (one upstairs and one downstairs) and an enclosed big back yard.

Guest access

Each guest room has a private bathroom and deadbolt lock on the bedroom door. Guests are encouraged to walk the grounds, take a stroll down historic Church street which features many turn of the century homes, or come and relax on the Victorian's upstairs or downstairs patios.

Interaction with guests

I'm a full time financial planner but my office is only a few streets away from the Heritage House and am available if needed.

Other things to note

Our Inn is pet-friendly and we love the furry friends...we only ask that the pet is well behaved and won't bark much if they happen to hear another guest climbing the stairs etc. We have a fenced in dog-run in the backyard in case you need to leave your pet at the house.

Absolutely loved my stay at his historic abode. Convenient distance to Turner Falls, WinStar, and wineries. Thomas was awesome to communicate with and provided great hospitality that will make my stay very memorable.

My college friend and I found the Denton Street Heritage House a delight! It was the perfect place for us to meet and catch up on life! Trey shared the history of the beautiful house and then showed us to our lovely room, where we were very comfortable. We enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood, town square and sitting on the porch! Thanks for everything!

The website pics don't do justice to the interior. The 1893 era building is excellent and the modernizations are largely kept in character of vintage. The stain glass in lower floor are amazing and the blue purple theme glass in dining room is my favorite stained glass of all time (and I have collected many of my own). The host left us alone and the continental breakfast was good. Of the 4 bedrooms, one is within an interesting curved room. All in all a great experience. This house is within historical district and there are numerous other amazing pre-1900 vintage residences within close walking distance.

Thomas was extremely welcoming, and had great communication. The house was better than I actually expected and is absolutely gorgeous. Out of 1-10 this was a 100!
