HOUSE RULE

1. Only one reserve parking, using other tenant's parking space will get fine .

2.All guest, including children regardless of age, should be listed in the (URL HIDDEN) also be aware that my extra guest fee applies to any age person- adult or child" . Attempt to bringing more guests that agreed upon may cause immediate cancellation of reservation and removal from the property.

3.Please unplug everything after using them (fans, curling irons, irons, coffee maker, toaster etc) FOR SAFETY and to conserve energy. When no longer using a room, leaving for the day, or going to bed at night, please turn off all the lights and fans if not in use to conserve energy. Also for SAFETY, NO CANDLES anywhere in the house

4. An overflowing toilet can easily be avoided by not throwing anything other than toilet paper in. A plunger is provided. Turn off the toilet water value in the event of an emergency or contact me

5. There will be $50.00 charge if lost your key.

6..Please keep the sand out of the house .

7. Please take off shoes upon entering the unit.

8. A replacement cost will be charged for any item that is damaged or deemed unfit for further use.

9. guest is responsible for the cleanliness of the unit while occupying it as there will be no daily maid service.

10. No smoking, no drugs, no loud parties, and no pets. Please keep noise to a minimum after 8pm. no smoking even outside front door.

11.Bring out the trash daily.

If you need help at any point in your stay message Lynn as she is always there to help. I personally rented a car to explore the island and would recommend others do so as well it completely negates the distance of the apartment to Waikiki beach on foot which is about half hour and you can go to many more across the island. There is free parking and £5 or less parking all liver 2 you'v

We loved staying at Lynn's appartment. It is close to Waikiki Beach and has everything need for a pleasant vacation. The communication worked very well! We could enter the Airbnb earlier after we have arrived in Honolulu.

Lynns place is exactly as described. All amenities are available. It is a ground floor residential unit, critters do come and go (as expected in Hawaii). There is an AC unit in each of the 2 bedrooms. There is a tv (although we didn't turn it on once, you're in Hawaii!! Watch tv at home). Lynn was extremely quick to answer any questions or concerns but beyond that she left us alone to enjoy our vacation. Even at check out. Our flights were several hours later and she offered to let us leave our bags in another unit she had available until our flight!! Super awesome host. Mahalo Lynn!!

Lynn was a great host. She stayed up an extra hour when our flight delayed just to make sure we got in okay. When we needed something she gave it to us as fast as possible. The house was exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It's pretty spacious for 4-6 people. A/C is also good, just make sure you leave your bedroom doors open so it gets around the house. The location was awesome as well, it was only a 7 minute drive to the waikiki strip, 15 minutes if there was traffic. Pretty close to everything. The only thing that was kind of bothering me was the toilet. It flushes weird, and it clogged once. Also came across one cockroach. Not a big deal though. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to stay in (: ***Tip--- don't shop at Safeway, it's overpriced because of the location. Walmart is the place to go. ***

We stayed at two of Lynn's properties. We first stayed at the Olokele location. We were a bit dissatisfied with the bathrooms however, Lynn did everything to make that experience comfortable. We had to call once with a bathroom issue and she had her husband there immediately to resolve the issue. We then moved to the Brokaw location after our first agreement expired. We felt truly at home, Brokaw is unique, private and very cozy. Easily accessible to everything. We had a great experience. Will recommend to family and friends, I will sure contact Lynn again especially for the Brokaw location. Thank you Lynn. Lindsay, Maxine, Akini and Safiyyah.

Parking spot is right in front of the unit, very convenient! Safeway is a one-minute drive away (walkable). Close to other food places. The 2 ACs in the rooms couldn't push cold air outside of the rooms, but when we close our doors the rooms can get very cold. ACs are right above the pillows in both rooms so if you have them on the whole night, you'd either have to get used to the noise or bring ear plugs. The bathroom sink drained a bit slow but acceptable. We didn't see or contact Lynn besides the first day, and she was very helpful and gave us a lot of information around the area.
