With regards to the rate during the festival your average rate was roughly £76 per nigh this was a discounted rate and definitely not a inflated as you stayed a longer period of time typical the apartment rents for £85 per night - £125 the rate was under what we would normally charge, im sorry you were not made aware of this discount you received, we monitor our pricing very closely from the air b&b app based on the going rate for the area and standard of accommodation, compared to hotles and other properties this was a fantastic price I'm sorry We never highlight and pointed out the discount you revived as I'm sure this would have made you feel better.
With regards to the light in the kitchen and the shower not draining quickly this is something that could have been quickly attended to quickly had you informed us of the problem again please except our sincerest apologies regarding this mater.
