It is roughly 50 sqmts, with large windows facing a quiet street and hardwood flooring. The apartment has a very spacious living area, with sophisticated modern accessories, designer furniture, a comfortable sofa, large bookcase, cable TV and DVD player.
The large bedroom has a double bed with a spacious wardrobe and up-and-coming artist Matteo Giuntini. The modern kitchen aka the foodies destination of choice, is fully equipped for any cook to enjoy time in the kitchen The bathroom, with designer shower completes the flat's modern look.
Throughout the apartment warm tones of white beige and wooden pieces mixed with fine details give a fresh and modern twist to an old apartment in the city centre. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment is a no smoking one and pets are unfortunately not allowed. Air conditioning is of course the ultimate and final highlight of this modern apartment. Local bus and rail transport make it easy to access the flat.
Short-stay female visitors accompanied also by child are more than welcome, so long as they are comfotable living as part of a Florentine family.(myself and my 7 year old son) (Wholesome, organic breakfast inc.)
