Impressive detached property, stylishly furnished with its own private driveway and a fully enclosed spacious garden.
The house has a light and airy environment with plenty of space for families or groups of friends. It comfortably sleeps 8 people in its four large bedrooms. The sleek and contemporary kitchen/dining room is the perfect place for sociable cooking and eating. The triple aspect living room has been comfortably arranged around an imposing fireplace with wood burner.
The space
Just a stone’s throw from the house you will find the attractive village pub with a contemporary restaurant using locally sourced produce.
By prior arrangement, use of the owner’s private studio gym is available to guests (over 16's only).

Living room: With wood burner, 40" Smart TV (Freesat), DVD player and wooden floor. Plus Xbox 360 (with games, controllers and WiFi connection). Large selection of board games and DVDs.
Kitchen/dining room: With double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Freesat TV, tiled floor and French doors leading to garden.
Utility room: With washing machine and bottle fridge.
Bedroom: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds on request).
Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Bedroom: With kingsize bed, Freesat TV and en-suite with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

The house has far reaching views to the local countryside is is bordered by farmland.
