Welcome to this charming villa, classified 3* tourist furnished, with its mezzanine and pool thanks to which you will be charmed. At the top of a bleak, it offers an unobstructed view, located at the entrance of the Gosier, in a quiet area, ideal for a pleasant holiday in Guadeloupe.

Villa Mascotte consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a mezzanine for 2 additional beds. It is fully equipped to enjoy the tropical sweets of the Gwada!

Villa Mascotte has around the pool an area embellished with its sunbathing to soak up the sun.

For your information, the sitting area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, featuring Canal/ Canal Satellite channels, as well as a Marshall speaker for listening to music, and a state-of-the-art fan.

The kitchen has an American bar, with some bar chairs, and a large red wooden worktop. It is fully furnished and equipped (American refrigerator, oven and microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine , kettle, toaster, cooking utensils).

The villa is located in a quiet area at the entrance of the Gosier in the countryside but ideally placed for visits because 2 minutes from the main ring road and 5 minutes from all amenities (shopping center, restaurants, beaches). Great for organizing tours on Grande Terre or Basse Terre.
You will be about 10 km from Pointe à Pitre airport, 5 km from the city center from Pointe à Pitre, and 6 km from the first beach (La Datcha in front of the Gosier island).
