Beautiful old farmhouse, centrally located, off the main road. House entrance, wood-burning rooms and haystack are still original. Living room: newer wood-burning stove, is heated from the kitchen. Other rooms: electric exercise. Modern kitchen, renovated in 2018. Shopping, restaurants within walking distance.

In wintertime:
- For families with children: The Zinols/Tect ski lift is less than 100 m away. The ice cream court as well.
- For toboggan/sledding: On the way to the train station, they each pass the house.
- The cross-country skiing trail also passes near the house.
In summer:
- The house has a small balcony with access to the seating area, off the road, facing southwest, overlooking fields, creek, the Roman tower and old village part.
- Many hiking trails start right at your doorstep.
- The post bus stop with connections to Stuls and Val Tours is 100 meters from the house.
- Hourly train connection towards Engadin, Davos and Chur.
