Two Toongoon is a large, stylish and well priced house, located in a quiet street in the beautiful suburb of Burradoo. It sleeps 10 across 3 bedrooms and a great kid's loft room. Bowral town is only 5 minutes away, and all wineries, wedding venues or attractions in the Southern Highlands are an easy drive from here.

The space

Location- Two Toongoon is located near the junction of Toongoon and Osborne Roads, within easy driving distance of Bowral town, Moss Vale, and all wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions. The local pony club grounds and the beautiful Burradoo Park are an easy and highly recommended walk from the house.

Key Features- Two Toongoon is a large, spacious, well appointed and well located house - perfect for a group of up to 10 friends or family members. The house has flexible sleeping options and plenty of on-site parking.

Configuration- Two Toongoon has three bedrooms, a sunroom and an open plan living, kitchen and dining area on the ground level. Upstairs has a large loft bedroom with 4 single (trundle style) beds. The house also has large decks, a laundry and two bathrooms on the lower level. Overall, there is plenty of space for everyone!

Outdoors - Two Toongoon has a lovely garden to the street, two large outdoor deck areas, and a large rear courtyard. It is a perfect house for entertaining outside, or letting the kids run around in the garden.

Heating and cooling- Two Toongoon has a split system airconditioning unit in the open plan living and kitchen area, as well as the master bedroom. Additional heaters are provided for each bedroom for cooler nights.

Linen - linen and bath towels are supplied at Two Toongoon.

Parking- there is off-street parking for 3 vehicles - on the gravel driveway. The double lock up garage is reserved for the owner's use.

Pets- sorry, Two Toongoon is not a pet friendly property.

This is a beautiful house, great for a big group - 10 of us spent a very comfortable weekend here. Every little detail has been thought of and the house feels spacious and spread out, even with 10 people. The house is well supplied with linen, towels, soap, kitchen appliances etc, and check in was super easy. Only a 5 minute drive from Bowral with lots of cute shops and cafes, and wineries are just a short drive away. The only downside is the lack of wifi, although with a big group (and the books and games provided) you shouldn't need it!

Such a beautiful place. Comfortable beds, clean and cosy house. Great heating. Beautiful sun in the mornings and throughout the day in the back courtyard. Would recommend.

This house was so lovely and fitting for a large group of friends. Very close drive to shops and Bowral town. It was modern, comfortable and clean. We had a water issue initially but Holidays Collection were very helpful, quick to respond and attended to the issue promptly. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again for another getaway!

Stunning property! Such a gorgeous light fillled house, perfect for weekends away with a group. Comfy beds, very clean and hosts super accommodating and responsive. Great location, nice and quiet. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.
