The listing sits on a 3,000 sq. m. property surrounded by mahogany and narra trees. Consider it your gateway to some popular destinations in Quezon province. It is less than half kilometre from the newly opened Ecotourism road. You can stop over in Sariaya to eat the local delicacies, fill up with supplies at the grocers, and relax. It’s a good stopover before you start your Quezon exploration.

The space
The place has its own charm too. It is situated just outside of the busier part of the town of Sariaya and is not as noisy (we’re located next to a seminary). You can relax and live a rural life: visit the vegetable garden, borrow a board game or book, or watch the chickens cross the road (literally).
You’ll also probably notice that our common area (the hall) is designed to look like a “bahay na bato” inspired by the town’s local architecture. The owners are heritage conservation and farming enthusiasts and will be happy to share information about the town’s history, local sites or a cup of brewed coffee.

Guest access
You get access to most parts of the property - from the common area, to the hut outside where you can rest, to the shared kitchen – but we ask that you do not go to the dirty kitchen downstairs because we use this kitchen.

Other things to note
It’s 7 km from Mount Banahaw, 12 km from Tayabas, 13 km from Lucena City, 20 km from Lucban and 24 km from Pagbilao.
The beauty of the place is that it’s hidden in its own quiet nook of the town while being minutes away from the market, the church and the national road where you can go north (Manila) or south (Bicol).

St Francis Assisi Church is known for the miraculous Santo Cristo de Burgos.

We have four listings on Airbnb, so if you book a room you may be sharing the place with the other travelers who have booked the other private rooms. There are 3 bathrooms available to all the guests. We clean the bathrooms daily to keep it fresh. All rooms have locks on their doors for your security.

Philippines

It has a quiet, countryside feel with some occasional noise from neighbors using their karaoke machines or howling dog/clucking chicken.
