You won't believe everything the Los Cipreses estate has to offer in one place. It is the ideal place to relax and be in total tranquility just 30 minutes from Quito.

The space
Let's start with the indoor heated pool (WITH ITS NEW GAS HEATING SYSTEM) where you can swim at any time and then relax in the Jacuzzi that is a couple of steps away. To dry off, you can go to the sauna for a few minutes.

When it's time to have fun, the billiard room, with a semi-professional table made in California, is at your disposal as well as the ping-pong and dart room.

There are incredible spaces inside and outside the house to read or chat with a glass of wine, just choose the most pleasant one for you.

If someone needs to work, they can use the Admiral's Studio, which has a beautiful view of Cotopaxi, a large desk and Wi-Fi connection.

The house has three bedrooms. A master bedroom, another with a single bed and a third with two single beds.

The kitchen is fully stocked. There is also an outdoor grill and a wood-fired oven in the outside huts.

While the atmosphere is one of total tranquility at the foot of the inactive Ilalo volcano, you are close to a village to buy groceries and a fifteen-minute drive from a shopping mall with movie theaters, shops, and restaurants.
