Peter's house exceeded expectations. The location was perfect with accessibility to uptown and downtown and the interior was immaculate and beautifully appointed. Will be back here for sure.

This place is great! The house is amazing. Brand new, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Plenty of room for 5 girls. The neighborhood is safe and has a market, rite aide , and fresh market near to get everything you need for your trip. The neighbor Ms. O is so sweet and fun to talk with! It's about a $15 taxi/uber ride into French Quarters from the house (van or large SUV as we had 5 girls). We loved our stay and will definitely look to stay at Peter's place next time we're in NOLA.

My family of 6 stayed at Peter's while on a trip to look at colleges. The house was beautiful and we all looked forward to going back at night after long days of walking. Location was great and neighbors were very friendly, giving great suggestions on local spots to dine. We would definitely come back!

This house was easily one of tbe most beautiful houses I've ever stayed in. We had 5 of us and it was super comfortable. It could easily hold 6. We slept in the master bedroom and the mattress was super comfy. The mattresses in the other rooms were also comfy. But they were firmer. So if you have arthritis or like softer mattress, then the master is perfect. There were plenty of towels & fresh sheets. But we needed more trash cans and side tables. Lastly, the neighborhood orange tabby is a love. He may greet you when you arrive & loves to be petted. But he also has no fear so make sure he doesn't come inside the rental with you! He lives next door and his owner says he likes to "play" the guests for treats. Ha HAH!!!

Peter's place is a welcoming, clean and spacious home located just blocks away from the St Charles street car just north of the Garden District. Peter was always available to help with any concerns, quick to respond and did everything he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Instructions to get into the home were easy and prompt and Peter was consistent with communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. The seven of us were welcomed into the home with a pineapple (a symbol of hospitality and of welcoming) and a detailed book containing every bit of information one would need to easily navigate both the home, the local area, and New Orleans itself. The book contained helpful notes regarding the surrounding area which added charm to our visit as we visited new local businesses we'd never consider before. Peter made the entire process of booking, arriving, staying, and departing as flawless as could be. The home is absolutely beautiful and a genuine piece of New Orleans history. While the home may not be located in the direct vicinity of the French Quarter, the streetcar makes it cheap and easy (and adds to the NOLA charm) to quickly get downtown. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and the local area is perfect for a visits both short and long. I genuinely look forward to the opportunity to stay here for our event again next year!
