NOTE | the ground floor front patio is exclusive to the other unit, and each unit has their own separate rooftop space. This unit is on the 1st floor and requires climbing stairs.
This home features an open floor plan with modern design. As you enter the house you have the kitchen which is well appointed with quartz counter tops, slate back splash & high end stainless steel appliances, equipped with full kitchenware. Has a dining area, there are bar stools around kitchen counter, another outdoor dining table for 6 and additional seating with a fire pit table on the patio with a BBQ. The living room offers full seating, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. Features include custom hard wood flooring, recessed lighting and opens up to the patio.
All 3 bedrooms & the remaining 2 bathrooms are located on the third floor. The Master bedroom houses its own Ocean View deck featuring La Cantina doors that join the outdoor and indoor space, along with a Flat Screen TV & a private bath with rain shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. All beds are furnished with full linens & pillows, and all bathrooms are equipped with bath, hand towels & hand soaps. There is a front load washer & dryer that is located on the 3rd floor. We also offer our guests boogie board & beach chairs.
Parking for 2 covered/enclosed carports which can accommodate most SUV's/Vans.
This truly is a family-friendly vacation destination with a white sandy stretch of beach located out your front door. Just steps away are swim-friendly beaches with the Main Lifeguard Tower out front. For you surf enthusiasts, two popular surf breaks The Jetty & PB Drive are located within easy walking distance

Conveniently located close to famous Belmont Park & The Wave House, which offers the Roller Coaster, rides, food, games, & endless entertainment. Within a short stroll to Mission Beach Aquatic Center that offers sailing, kayaking, surf lessons, & much more. And just minutes to the world famous Sea World.

Our home is suitable only for quieter groups. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, evictions are strictly enforced. The host lives in the downstairs unit. Please be sure your group is in agreement with these policies before proceeding.
Guests have access to upstairs unit and the their rooftop. Parking: 2 carports

Number of Guests: Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. Occupancy is limited to seven people. We have a few permanent residents on Island Ct. and they would appreciate if there is no excessive noise.
Guest Conduct: The rental is not intended for parties, nor gatherings at any time of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival to avoid these charges.
No Smoking: not allowed anywhere in the condo including the patio & rooftop.
Arrival Time: Check in is at 3 pm. Early arrivals may be arranged pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule, and are strictly prohibited during the peak Summer period. Please contact us 24-48 hours prior to your arrival to make these arrangements. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check in time.
Departure: Check out is at 10 am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the home for any incoming guests. Late departure may be arranged pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule.
Security: When you rent the home, you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the home. Please keep your car locked, lock bikes and put away other items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
On arrival please take a look around the home. If there are concerns or issues with your rental property, please immediately contact us immediately. No refunds or considerations are given unless we are notified of problems during your stay.
Pets are not permitted, violators agree to pay $200 cleaning fee.
Please do not bring sand into the apartment.
