One bedroom with queen size bed has access to an adjacent sitting room with flat screen tv, minifridge, and expresso machine. Private bathroom. These rooms are on a separate hallway for privacy. The front patio with fountain is enclosed and great for sitting or eating.

Our home is 15 year old custom built in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery, downtown and hospitals. Easy access to freeway 198 to Sequoia park. Parking on the street or driveway is safe.
