Closed for winter (already!) 1000 Islands! Family-based cottage rentals (NO parties)! !! Set back from the water but still offering waterfront access with 2 docks and boat launches, we offer off-grid living, space for your family, private firepit & BBQ, a large sand volleyball court & more.
Closed for (URL HIDDEN) Lawrence River waterfront at our island retreat!! Please note that HST is included in our rate.
Experience off-grid living while staying at our property, just 10 minutes to Gananoque or 30 to Kingston, as our electrical needs are supported by solar, wind & propane generators. Have a boat? We have 2 launches & docks to accommodate it, with a depth of about 4-5 feet.
Keep active while you're away! Take a stroll down our magnificent semi-private drive. Play volleyball or badminton in our newly built sand court with a sod wall (to keep the nesting turtles out). Or just relax on our large waterside deck, while soaking up the sun and splashing in the water (if you're squeamish, wear water shoes!).
2 bedrooms with 6 beds combined, located upstairs. 2 full bathrooms. Small but full galley kitchen, equipped with gas stove & eating nook. Sliding doors to backyard! Balcony off 1 bedroom.
You'll have full access to the entire cottage, the volleyball/badminton court & both docks.

As the parents of 2 adventurous kids, we are busy & involved in many activities nearby.
Our retreat is at the end of a tree covered gravel road, only 10 minutes to Gan or 30 to Kingston. Have a boat? Launch and dock it here...or let us take you out.
While we're new to hosting on Airbnb, we love to share our cottages and meet new people. We want your stay on the island to be an enjoyable experience that will keep you coming back for years.
