Very nice people to interact with. Tony, the actual host was very pleasant. Helpful with providing breakfast daily, tour guide for city trip, restaurants within walking distance to apartment, scheduling taxi for transport to airport, and much more. A very pleasant woman, a representative for Philip, called shortly after arrival to schedule a time to meet to give further information on Havana. She gave excellent suggestions on historical sites, night life, live music and even tried to help us schedule reservations at local restaurants. Overall, this was an excellent stay with people who were more than helpful in Havana! Thank you guys!

We loved staying here at the FOCSA building. The owner, Tony, came to make us breakfast. We got to chat about culture in Cuba, and he also helped us book a ride to Vinales. The view is spectacular of the entire city, Hotel Nacional, and the ocean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing time in Havana at the Fosca. You can see the ocean from every window! The airport pick up/drop off was key, as was Phillip's help both before and during our stay. Incredible location, steps from the hotel nacional and the Malecon, and close to everywhere you'd want to go. Beautiful apartment.

Philip User ProfilePhilip is a superhost.

I am an American citizen who resides in Havana with my wife and family. I first came to Cuba in 1999 drawn by the vibrant cultural life and unique lifestyle that exists here. In the ensuing years Havana became my second home and I now live here much of the year and run a travel enterprise.

My organization offers a full complement of travel solutions including lodging, guided tours, transportation, and customized itineraries (In accordance with Airbnb rules I can't mention the name our group on their website).

The private homes & apartments I manage on Airbnb are a selection of properties chosen for their attractiveness, comfort, excellent quality of service, and most importantly, my trusted relationship with the home owners who have authorized me to mange their homes.

All our Havana properties are listed here:

As many people discover - because of a lack of reliable information, travel resources, and basic infrastructure on the Island, travel planning to Cuba can be quite challenging. We offer these solutions.
