Hello! La Tabaccaia is a small cozy countryside apartment that overlooking the pool. The apartment enjoys great privacy with lots of private space to eat or just have breakfast outside. Renovated in 2015 from an old tobacco factory has huge walls that remain cool even in summer.

The space
The apartment has a king size bed in a room of about 30m2, bathroom with shower and a living room with fireplace, kitchen and table for 2 people . Outside there is a private space where prepare romantic dinners and enjoy the garden and the view of the pool.

My name is Annalicia and I was teacher at school. Since I've retired I dedicated my life to refurbish our house where we live during summer time and where we love to receive guests. The house date back 1780 and it has always been my husband family residence since the beginning. We refurbished it with a lot of love and care in details.
