Hi Martin, oh my, I'm so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time here! I really wish you would have mentioned something the many times I checked in with you. I have to say in all my years of hosting, you are the first guest to have these issues, but I can definitely try to understand. In regards to the price, the Airbnb price per month is less than what it costs to rent in San Francisco. Rent prices are very high (highest in the nation) so this apartment is actually a good deal, and again, less than a rental. The bed mattresses have memory foam toppers on them and I've had nothing but compliments on the comfort level of the beds. I don't have a cat and the apartment is deep cleaned between each stay so I'm not sure what the issue is there, maybe carpet fibers from the large rugs in the living area? The dishwasher does work, it's just old and many guests prefer to hand wash dishes. In terms of noise, I've lived in many apartment buildings in major cities and this is the quietist one I've experienced because the walls are concrete, the neighbors need to be pretty loud for the sound to come through! That said, yes it's possible that someone will have a party or loud music. Again, this is a large apartment building in a big city, this is a pretty normal situation. Also, we sent you a folder with all the apartment photos in it before your stay and you were happy with everything, so you were not mislead. On my end, I came to find the apartment in very bad shape and it required a deep cleaning of a full day. Every surface was dirty, the dresser broken, dirty laundry left thrown around, spoiled food in the fridge, food bits in each room, and the carpet badly stained. Again, I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay, I wish it would've been a better experience for both sides.
