It's a great 40sqm loft in Brasov, one of the most beautiful cities in Transylvania, 17-20min by foot to Old City center, quiet area, great views, close to restaurants, bars, museums, nightlife and easy access to winter sports in Poiana Brasov.
With its fantastic 30sqm terrace, you will get an entire view of the surroundings.
You’ll love my place because of the cosy and elegant new building. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kid).

The space
Situated in a quiet and elegant condominium, on the 3rd floor, the apartment is close to Old City Center of Brasov. Both, livingroom and bedroom, have access to the 30sqm terrace. Light-flooded, cool during the summer and warm during the winter.
The bedroom has an 160cm wide queen bed and a wardrobe.
The living room has a dining area and extendable sofa for 2 persons.
The open space kitchen provides cuttlery, plates, cups and glasses, as well as cooking tools (fridge, electric hob, electric kettle, sandwich maker, microwave oven, coffee machine).
The spacious bathroom has a beautiful sky window.
The apartment is fully furnished and also provides washing machine, hairdryer, iron, soap. You will receive clean linens for the bed and towels. Private parking has no cost and it is available inside the condominium yard.

The entire apartment, including the terrace, is fully accessible to guests. It's completely private—nothing is shared.

-There is no traditional TV subscription, but the apartment is equipped with a TV screen and an HDMI cable, allowing you to connect your laptop or tablet easily. You’ll also have access to high-speed internet, perfect for streaming or working online.
-Some of the terrace tiles have cracked over the past year and could use a bit of improvement. I'm doing my best to have them repaired as soon as possible.

Public transportation available nearby, bus station and taxi.
Important: there are 2 big supermarkets (Lidl and Kaufland) very close, 5 minutes walking distance.

Taxi is a good option in Brasov because of the very cheap prices (approx 0,4euro/km) -install Clever Taxi app to order.
Uber and Bolt apps are also available in Brasov.
