I love my beautiful, light filled one bed flat and my vibrant neighbourhood. The flat is newly renovated and whilst keeping the characterful features we've opened up the space to take advantage of the wrap around deep bay windows. The flat is superbly located and we're completely spoilt for parks, green spaces, bars, restaurants, shopping and eclectic markets. Victoria Park, London Fields, Haggerston Park and Canal Walks are all close by. It's 2 minutes to Hackney Central Overground, which takes you to Oxford Circus in 20 mins. Travel is easy with great day and night bus connections.
The layout and styling of my flat make it unique.
It's a wonderful open space and being at the top of the house, we benefit from great light as the windows wrap around the whole apartment.
Even on a cloudy day the light is great.
It's a comfortable flat, suitable for a couple or two singles. Please note there is one double bed.
With a minimum of 3 night stay.
Being a Londoner, I'm a city girl and love feeling connected through the view, and openness the flat offers.
I often don't leave my neighbourhood for weeks, as we have so much choice on our doorsteps.
With an endlessly changing array of restaurants, bars and music venues.
I especially love, and use our local markets, Broadway Market, Columbia Flower Market, Spitalfields and Dalston, to name the larger ones. It's a friendly, eclectic neighbour and I've always felt comfortable and safe travelling around day or night.

It's a wonderful neighbour with incredible history and so much going on.
I will leave a manual with my current favourite spots and am happy to help with recommendations.
Hackney is an eclectic and diverse borough. It buzzes with creativity and is constantly changing.
I especially love the architecture, old warehouses along the canal, converted Victorian schools.
The Boundary Estate, at Arnold Circus, is one of my favourites plus Sutton House the oldest house in Hackney is 5 minutes away.
The Gefffrey Museum Almshouse, is also a 'must see'
If your into fashion visit the independent Boutiques and Art Galleries along Shoreditch and Spitalfields.
There's so much to discover, you'll be spoilt for choice.
Hackney Central Overground Station is 2 mins away
Journey time 20 mins to Oxford Circus
Connection to the underground @ Highbury & Islington
A number of buses to Bethnal Green for the central line to Liverpool Street, St. Paul's for the Tate Modern
Buses are all on our doorstep
Easy access to Stratford, Olympic Park, Canary Wharf, Angel & Islington,
Spitalfields, Brick Lane
The flat is on the third floor. It's easy access but 3 floors may not be suitable if you've any mobility issues.
There are two other flats in the building as it's a converted house tucked in a lane way. Our neighbours are very respectful and friendly.
We are all aware of keeping noise down when leaving and arriving late at night.
Being a vibrant lively neighbourhood, street noise can be heard. It's London, so may not be suitable if your looking for a sleepy neighbourhood. The bedroom is quieter as it based on the side of the building. The bonus is, The Hackney Empire, Hackney Picturehouse and a variety of shops are minutes away, which l love.
