My place is an easy bus ride, walk or drive to Brighton . Newhaven Ferry Port is a 15 minute drive and Gatwick Airport about 40minutes. Rottingdean is a coastal village and has restaurants and pubs, art and culture, great views, and the south downs national park on the doorstep. You’ll love my place as its 2 minutes from the high street yet has a secluded and enclosed garden. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
My cottage was built in the 1790's and has super thick walls which make it very cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. We have a south facing garden, a very rare space so close to the bustly high street with its many shops, pubs and coffee shops. The living room is small but comfortable in a cosy type of way with an open fire. We have wash hand basins in the bedrooms and the bathroom is on the ground floor.
The entire cottage is at your disposal and there is a keysafe to gain access.
