"One of the five best Airbnb apartments in Leeds right now" according to Leeds List (Feb 2017).

A bright, modern comfortable one bed apartment with great views of the city skyline and large (astroturfed!) rooftop terrace. Sleep soundly under Egyptian cotton sheets and enjoy the Netflix subscription on the large TV.

The price you see is the price you pay - we cover all Airbnb’s fees.

The space
The St George Building (which takes its name from the church next door) is a modern apartment block, built and finished to a high standard. It's located at the end of Great George Street and is right next door to Leeds General Infirmary.

The apartment is bright and sunny, with a great view across the rooftops of Leeds from the (artificial!) grassed roof terrace.

It has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook, or there are numerous great bars and restaurants nearby if you want to go out.

Sleep soundly in a comfortable double bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and hypoallergenic pillows and duvet.

The 40" TV has Apple TV installed with a subscription to Netflix, and a Chromecast so you can stream pretty much anything you like.

Travelling with a baby? No problem - there's a cot and high chair available.

Where you’ll be

Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Great George Street is a beautiful historic street. Its close proximity to the law courts and the hospital mean that it's usually quite lively during the day, with doctors and barristers popping out for lunches and coffees. There are plenty of places to eat locally (see the guidebook for some of my favourites).

I love airbnb both as a traveller and a host. I have a background in hospitality, although that's not my current business.
