Being a host of Airbnb, it's my pleasure to welcome every guest and offer them with a good experience to stay in our apartment. So I am ensure the place always has to be cleaned and tidy. I understand I charge $50 cleaning fee for each booking. But it's worth to mention that's reasonable cost for a short stay.
In some case, guest makes a reservation for weeks or months. I strongly suggest our guest is able to maintenance the cleanliness of the apartment with the cleaning product we provided. The apartment is compulsory to be quick inspected every 3-4 days. Just ensure the apartment is still good for guest to stay and there is no disaster mess; refill consumer goods for our guest. More than happy to arrange a cleaner for our guest on their own cost if require. Our cleaner's hourly rate is $25, which is fairly cheap. I am also happy do a quick vacuum for all the floor area after the inspection if I have a spare time.
Much appreciated with all our guest could switch off all nights and A/C when no one stays inside the apartment.
