CHECK-IN is at 4PM. If you need to drop bags off early, you may do so no earlier than 2PM and must leave them out of the way of cleaning/maintenance crews. Anything left outside of luggage will be removed from property. SEE LIABILITY WAIVER BELOW.

Jarrett was an amazing host! His inn was beautiful and loved the decor! Very roomy too! Very close to everything and we were so happy to stay there. The apartment was very cool and had all the modern amenities and very clean. They even had waters, coffee and snacks! Thank you Jarret for being so responsive to our needs before and during our stay!

Gorgeous apartment, if anything more attractive and inviting than in the photos. Stylish, chic and comfortable, and very well located only a couple of blocks from King Street restaurants, cafes and bars. Lovely shared terrace in the back where you can eat al fresco or enjoy an evening glass of wine. The apartment is lacking in some basic amenities however. There's no table to eat or work at; I had to use a over-high console table to work on my laptop and we had to have our breakfast sitting on the sofa. Also, the kitchen is very sparsely equipped; there was no toaster or kettle when we arrived (though the host promptly provided a toaster) and there's not even salt or pepper. Judging by the limited supplies, I don't think the kitchen is intended to be used for cooking. In fact, the fire detector is positioned so close to the oven that simply opening the preheated oven door causes the alarm to go off (even without any smoke). All that said, I would happily stay there again now that I don't expect to do any cooking there.

The apartment is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. You're near lots of yummy places to eat, there's shopping nearby, and you're a quick car ride from the historic parts of the city (I mean the whole city is historic, but the historic district). We had an issue with the shower that we got a prompt response on from Leanne. Quiet spot good for a group of friends.
