We are located across the street (Collins Avenue) from the beach on the Intracoastal at the northern most tip of Sunny Isles Beach adjacent to the exclusive community of Golden Beach. This is a very spacious three-bedroom condo with all the amenities necessary to have a wonderful, relaxing stay in Miami.
Occupancy : 6 Adults plus Kids/Babies - Please ask about maximum occupancy.

El apartamento es lindo, la gestión de la anfitriona es pésima. Por empezar, dos dias antes llamo para decirnos que si los niños eran mayores de 12 años, debia cancelarnos la reserva. Cuando se le solicitó un late check in, nos hizo dejar 100usd en un cajón de la cocina, que su marido entro a retirar con sus llaves al apartamento cuando aún no nos habíamos retirado, sin recibo de ningún tipo de recibo. Además, hay una serie de cargos no informados que se aplican al llegar: 40dls en garantía por llaves, 20dls de gastos de check in, 5dls por paquete recibido, 3dls por cada ficha de lavadora y secadora. Particularmente, se le había consultado por la recepción de paquetes y no nos informó de estas tarifas. Tampoco se hace referencia a que la lavadora se encuentra en el complejo y no dentro del apartamento. Cuando se le comento la situación, su respuesta fue que nunca había recibido quejas y que ninguno de sus clientes compra online. En el caso de tener más de un vehículo, el aparcamiento es valet parking tarifado, siendo de 15dls por día para dejar el auto y 4dls cada vez que hay que retirarlo.

Julian, acabo de hablar con tu novia por whatsap y no sabe de qué review le hablaba. Me solicitaste un late check out y me pediste abonarlo. Me dijiste q te ibas por la tarde y mi esposo llego 7.30 Pm y pedidte disculpas. Lo que más me asombra es q jamás se quejaron de nada desde que llegaron. De todas maneras remitiré las pruebas de cómo fueron las cosas a Airbnb.
