This house is a perfect location for a night out on Dickson street or for a football game. Frank was very dependable and always great with communication. I would highly recommend.

Great location, plenty of space, and anything that you'd need was available.

Frank made us all feel welcome. He was onsite when we arrived, gave us a tour of the house and showed us how to work appliances and other items. He requested we call him if we needed anything, which we did not. Frank allowed us to use what ever we needed in the house for cooking and or personal hygiene and we did have to get many of those items. The 5 bedrooms and 7 double beds were perfect for our party along with the 4 bathrooms made it easy for all the guests. The location was excellent as everything was within walking distance (Dickson St., Razorback Stadium, etc.) When we return next year for another football game with a large party, we will look to rent from Frank.

We stayed here during the weekend for an Arkansas game and we couldn't have found a better location! We were able to walk to to the stadium and walk to breakfast on Sunday morning on Dickson street. Frank was a very accommodating host and the house was everything we hoped and more. It had 7 beds and a ton of space so we didn't feel on top of each other with a big group. I hope to stay here again next year!

Everything was great. Location is perfect and the house was very comfortable for our large group. Plenty of room to cook, hang out on the decks or just watch football. Campus and Dickson street is all walking distance and we walked to and from the Razorback game. Parking is a nightmare on campus during game weekends, but Frank's place has plenty of parking for 4 cars. Thanks, Frank, for a great weekend and Go Hogs!

The pictures don't do the home justice, do yourself a favor and book this place, its incredible. Its very homey, warm and inviting. Frank was very hospitable. We didn't end up needing him for anything but he made it very clear he would be available if we did. We had a pretty large group and it fit us all very comfortably. I can't say enough positive things about this booking, would definitely do it again!
