It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.

The space
The apartment (68 sq.m.) consists of two bedrooms; one double and one single. The double bedroom and the living room have direct access to a very large private terrace (60 sq.m) with a beautiful and unique sea view. Guests usually spend a lot of time here. There is a dining area for 6 people on one side and four deckchairs on the other.
The well-equipped kitchen/dining area is separated from the living room, which can comfortably accommodate two persons on 2 extendable armchairs.
The sea with easily accessible rocky beach is just below the apartment. Our guests can use sun two black loungers on the lower terrace as well, or move the ones from the upper terrace downstairs.

Guest access
Guests have the whole apartment and the private terrace and the their disposal, and there is also the lower terrace (left half, looking from above), which is shared with guests from our neighbour's apartments.

Other things to note
Not suitable for groups, no parties allowed. We would LOVE if you could tell us your arrival time because it's really important for us, as we don't live at the property and need to organize the check in. If you come earlier or leave later than check-in/check out time, you can leave your luggage at the apartment.
Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property, will have to reimburse the owners the full amount of the occurred damage.
If the owners have any reason to believe that house rules are violated; the guests have to let them enter in the accommodation in order to check the situation.
It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances or products with strong or unpleasant smell. In the event of disregard of house rules, the owner has the right to refuse further service.

Lapad Bay is one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Dubrovnik. It has a feel of a small Mediterranean town, yet it is very close to the magical UNESCO heritage site - Dubrovnik old town.
Sandy beach, water sports, sail rent, supermarket, bus stop, beautiful seaside promenade, various restaurants, everything is close and within short walking distance to the apartment.
This is a strictly pedestrian area and it's great for active travelers who are into trekking (on Petka hill), long walks and jogging. Sandy beach Uvala, 100m away has been recently reconstructed. It's a great spot for chill-out, children-friendly.
