Custom Home 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath with Private Pool and in excellent condition. Open great room floor plan located in the desirable "Ensenada" area of Rincon. Easy walking distance to great swimming beaches, restaurants, bars, water sports, dive shop, horseback riding, water rentals and more.

The main level of the home has an open Great Room layout. One of the bedrooms and a full and half bath are also on this level.

Guest access
Guests are renting the entire home and will have full access. Privacy Wall and backs to natural space.

Other things to note
Adults are required to provide Government Issued ID prior to check-in by sending after reservation is confirmed through the Airbnb messaging system. Garbage is normally picked up on Wednesday's and guests must put the garbage cans at the street for pickup. The pool is 3.5 to 6 ft deep and cleaned every Friday morning.

Home is located in Ensenada and a 4-5 minute easy walk to several swimming beaches, restaurants, horseback riding, bars, water rentals and a dive shop. The local Rincon Plaza is an approximate 10 minutes walk and has several fantastic restaurants to enjoy. If you are lucky enough to be in Rincon on a Thursday, don't forget to check out the Art Walk in the Plaza from 6pm to midnight. The Farmer's Market is open in the Plaza on Sunday's.
