Beautiful Adams Morgan townhouse with easy access to restaurants and shops in Adams Morgan and Mount Pleasant, plus buses and metro within a few blocks' walk. The house is 2,200 square feet across two levels, featuring high ceilings and lots of light. Guests have access to high-speed wifi, Xfinity X1 cable, heating and A/C, fresh linens, towels and toiletries, and private backyard. Guests can have bedrooms configured before arrival and add'l inflatable mattresses are available. Kid friendly!
This is the type of space you can host a dinner party at and impress guests. The townhouse, built in 1910, has been beautifully maintained and renovated. Enjoy the luxuries of a classic townhouse (high ceilings, beautiful bay windows, hardwood throughout, sizable rooms) with contemporary conveniences (hi-speed wifi, Comcast Xfinity X1, wifi- and bluetooth-enabled audio systems, etc.). Priced at a discount to the current market for Inauguration weekend - it's my first time hosting on Airbnb (I want good reviews) and my goal is to defray costs of my travel this weekend, not to turn an amazing profit.
The entire house (first floor and second floor) are accessible: as listed, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a separate basement unit that is not part of this listing, but it has entirely separate entrances.
