This comfortable 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of Potts Point, called the French neighbourhood in Sydney. It is ideally situated to wine, dine, enjoy rooftop breakfasts by the pool and stroll along many of the famous Potts Points boutiques. Of course with unobstructed views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge from both the apartment and the rooftop, watching the epic Sydney fireworks here is a must. The apartment is walking distance to the city and other nice suburbs like Surry Hills and Paddington. Usually occupied by a single person who is away for work a lot.
The apartment is 40m2 and well laid out. It has all the furnishings that you would expect to make a house a home. It will offer you more space than a traditional hotel room.
The apartment is at the end of a road that turns into an alley, so there is very little traffic as most ongoing traffic takes Challis street. All you get is the occasional commuter motorcycle coming through or destination traffic.
For being right in the centre of everything it is a very quiet apartment!

Born in the Netherlands, I have been living all over the world for the last 7 years now. Last year I moved to Sydney to work for an American company , I decided to settle first in Paddington because you get out of the city buzz, with birds chirping all round, but you still have the nice boutique restaurants and shops within an arms length to enjoy the city life. However I realised that to get anywhere outside Paddington was a major hassle so I moved to McMahons Point. Now I'm closer to the nice beaches and nature and still the same distance from the CBD. This also meant the apartment got a major upgrade as the previous listing didn't have much luxury. You'll love the comfort and location of this apartment as well. As I just moved to this apartment, I still have to decorate the house a bit, but I have come a long way. All essentials are there so I am sure you will have a nice stay :-).
