Hi. I’m pleased you have enjoyed your stay and the things Sevilla has to offer, specially my personal recommendations. Thanks for your overall good comments though. I do, however, note your comments in regards to the bathroom and kitchen.
About the apartment, for the comments you have made to me in private, I realize that being your first experience on Airbnb maybe you were wrong about the concept in several things. To begin with, for example, that you did not need to give an hour of arrival and that you would call me when you were at the door of the apartment. For the comments you have made, I think you expected more of an empty hotel than anything you can feel like a home. I understand that you like to see everything cleared but our guests are very grateful for the amount of detail we left for them, from free breakfast, tea, coffee and cookies, even fresh milk, to oranges in season or extra virgin olive oil and Spices that we leave, all for free, in case they want to cook or have breakfast at home. That's why there is a new microwave, a new coffee maker, even the kitchen counter is barely three months old. I understand that you did not need all that, no wipes or various hygiene items, which only come a couple of days, but we believe that this kind of details, which cost us time and money, are what makes our apartment a home .
Because it's about that; You're renting my home, and I want you to feel good in it, not an empty hotel room. That's what Airbnb is about, maybe a hotel is more suited to your personal tastes and needs, I understand it .Thank you for your stay! I sincerely appreciate your comments and advice. I hope you and Faz like the paprika from the Vera and the Fino!
