Tucked in an ideal Moonridge location sits a charming home in Big Bear Lake. With its fantastic views, peaceful surroundings, and all amenities that you are looking for in a mountain retreat, you're sure to have a memorable stay whether with family or friends. Bear Mountain, Snow Summit, and the Lake are all right there making this home perfect for that getaway.

The space
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 7 people (2 per bed and one sleeper sofa). The largest deck, galley kitchen, dining room with sitting area, fireplace, a bedroom and a bath are on the first floor. Walk upstairs to the main living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a bath, and a smaller upper deck. Parking is a flat, easy to access space in front of the house for 2 cars when not affected by snow storms.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: Starting September 15, 2021, the city requires all vacation rental guests to receive and acknowledge a "Good Neighbor Policy". I will be requesting your email address immediately after you book a stay. Please provide your email promptly. Its a very straightward large font 2 pager of common sense stuff. Nothing to be concerned about. You will *not* be allowed to stay at my cabin if you do not acknowledge the city mandated policy. I can't and won't risk my license to be a short term vacation rental for your refusal, hesitancy, or inaction. Sorry about that.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The City is getting very strict with this due to folks coming to the town trying to get away...which is understandable...and having parties...which is not. This poses a disturbance to the permanent residents so don't do this. The City and Sheriff has informed hosts that they will issue citations and evict guests who disturb the neighborhood with noise, bring too many cars, or exceed the occupancy limits. Refunds will not be granted if you are evicted.
