The Manipura Luxury Estate & Spa is built on 2500sqm land, well balanced between contemporary and balinese architecture, nestled up in the hills, above Ubud.

The space
With 1200 sqm of living area, the Manipura Estate compliments with Alang-Alang thatched roofs, wooden beams and polished floors. Large open living areas are designed to enjoy the balmy tropical climate. The large folding doors can be closed to enjoy an air-conditioned huge living room ambience and media room as well.
The spectacular garden and the 20m infinity pool, with poolside Balè, hanging over the valley, just made for relaxing.
Frangrant frangipanis, and colorful heliconias inject color against the rich green foliage of the surrounding jungle. One of the rare benefit fom The Manipura Estate is its total privac, because of no other Hotel or Villa guests living on the other valey side. The view is pure nature. You dont have to look on other buidings.
The estate location is perfect for accessing nearby attractions including Ubud center, the UNESCO rice terraces of Tegallalang and lots of cultural and art .
The staff team, including the villa’s experienced in-house chef, is always there to fulfill your wishes.
Meals will be freshly prepared for you at our restaurant kitchen. If there is any special request, our chef will be happy to do her best to make everything possible. Special ordered ingredients will be bought individually for you. (Against reimbursement)
Please understand that the kitchen is not available for self catering.
If you wish to dine out, there are plenty of dining options in Ubud catering for every taste and budget.

Guest access
You will get access to every facility from the main villa. Choose where you want to dine, outdoors or in the elegant dining area or on the terrace with breathtaking view across the petanu river valey. We provide a safe parking area for your car or motorbike.

Other things to note
When visiting central Bali we recommend you to be flexible, let the Bali experience sink in and go with the flow.
Balinese ceremonies in the neighborhood, or sudden slow internet or short power outage. These are things that make part of our life in Bali and while you might not experience any of these they may occur during your stay. Embrace the experience.
While the room is always very well cleaned, beautiful and well looked after, some other things are beyond our control and simply make part of the Bali nature experience. Since we are surrounded by jungle, this may include sometimes insects, or Geckos .
Please accept that smoking is ony allowd outdoors. The Kitchen is not provided for self catering but for show cooking and cooking classes.
For your catering we have an own restaurant with excellent kitchen team . A big breakfast is included with the booking.
