Interaction with guests
We maintain a space in the home on the bottom two floors, separated by a locked door with possible access through an alternative entrance when we have guests. We spend very little time at home, so chances are we won't bump into each other than the initial introduction. Though we are always available for questions by phone.
-Please treat the space and our neighbors with respect. Be mindful of your volume on the decks after 10pm, as any noise complaint from a neighbor will result in immediate eviction if not resolved.
-We do not allow parties; small events (8 ppl or less) are welcome upon approval.
-Only registered guests with your party are allowed to stay the night. If someone is wanting to join the reservation, it is $30/person for each guest over 4 (up to 6 guests).
-No Smoking in the home, but no problem on the balcony with the doors closed. And of course, use the ash trays provided.
-Trash and recycling bins need to be taken to the curb on Wednesday morning, if you happen to be staying with us or checking out then.
-Feel free to call us if you have any questions, concerns, or need some advice at any point during your stay.
We are local musicians who have been in Asheville for nearly 20 years. We have traveled to many cities throughout the years but remain here in Asheville, as it continues to be our favorite place to call home. We love it here because of the unmatched live music scene, night life, outdoor activities, people's friendly and open attitude, and over all pride we locals have in calling Asheville home. We love meeting new people, want you to enjoy it here the way that we do, and are happy to help you get around as much as you need from us.
