Our stay here was very good. The place had all the necessities you needed. Valeria was also very quick to reply to messages when we booked and was very good while we were there. Each day we got breakfast which was lovely! And in addition to this, there was a coffee machine too…

Hello, i was very uspet to see the review that you gave me. which took off stars i was at 5 stars before and now i have hard feelings but i must express my point of view: First thing i swear on my mothers life that i said:( Sorry usually we don't have ants, if you would have told me before i could have taken care of it. Sorry. Have a nice day and a good trip back home.) This was what i said. First thing I did apologise, did you expect that i would follow you outside and repeat it 100 times while you were leaving? in 30 seconds while opening the gate? Why didn't you say anything before? Second thing you put a bad review for something that wasn't my fault. I really don't believe i deserved losing a star. the room was very very clean when you arrived and there was no ants. There were ants only twice in two years. The first time was when the guest left the room very dirty. Food on the floor. The second time was with you and again the room was very dirty. There is a garden it is summer and the ants could enter if the room is dirty. plus If you would have told me before then i would have taken care of it. But maybe you didn't want me to see how you left the Room before leaving? I would understand you would write something negative for something that wasn't my fault, if you didn't on your part you didn't do something wrong. If you were perfect guest and if you left the room even a little bit clean. but it wasn't clean at all when you left. The room was spotless when you came in and there were no ants. that is my job to keep it clean. if you come to me telling me about the problem before leaving it is my job to take care of it. but you came and told me when you left. But really the room was very very dirty when you left.Like dirty sheets on the floor, The kitchen was all sticky, there was a very very bad smell when i came in, towels in the shower floor. I think maybe wine or something was spilled a bit everywhere. everything was sticky. Do you think i was really my fault the ants entered? maybe if you were cleaner... I speak perfect english because i' an english teacher and half american and half italian, I grew up in Miami. Maybe you didn't hear me.But you should be sorry about how you left the room, you should be sorry about putting a negative review for something that wasn't my fault and making me lose points because you didn't hear me or didn't remeber that i said sorry twice once in the begining and once again when i closed the door. In all of this i didn't put a bad review towards you. But you put a bad review towards me. I have travelled the whole wolrd a good and bad bnb's. I have been running bnb's for many years. I started the firsts years running them for other people. i know the difference between good and bad quality. We put a lot of effort in this bnb. it is not the best in the world but for sure it is not a bad bnb and it doesn't desereve a bad reivew. You had a clean place. everything was clean. new furniture, clean towels, clean sheets, a t.v with many channels even in english, english speaking host, air cond, a fridge, everything you could need to cook, an espresso machine, high quality italian coffee, a garden, hot water, ecc.. We didn't deserve a bad review. after alot of hard work. we are always polite and helpful positive and cheerful with everyone. I never put a bad review when traveling if i don't like a place i just don't go back. someone must really do somethings to deserve such a thing from me or i would feel like a child in school or someone that just complains about everything. That is just how i feel about wasting my time tattle telling, even when guests leave a really big mess and break rules i don't write bad reviews. when traveling I didn't write a bad review even when i found a snake in my bathroom in thailand. that beach was near the jungle i was in a wooden bungalow i mean i choose a green area there is nature there i must have been careful maybe keeping the window closed or like keeping clean or like not leaving food or drinks on the floor.its nature it happens.anyway the next day i told the owner and then i went to the city area in a hotelbuiding with a swimming pool away from the jungle. But i didn't write a bad review even to him. Maybe sometimes in the past i should have because i took a bad room, dirty, with nothing working, and cold water and poor effort it trying to make the place nice or clean. But i make sure the persone desereves such a things because i damage his activity in this way. Anyway again i apologise as i already have about the ants but really it never happens. if i knew about it i would have tooken care of it. In the Room on the wall is WRITTEN IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM OR REQUEST PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT! IF YOU DON'T IT IS YOU FAULT NOT OURS. WE ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL! WE WILL ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROBLEMS! SOO PLEASE DON'T WRITE A BAD REVIEW ON AIRBNB IF YOU DON'T ASK US TO TAKE CARE OF YOU PROBLEM IMMEDIATLY! THANKYOU writen as rules of the bnb. plus really i would understand complaining on airbnb about such a detail if you didn't leave such a BIG mess. it really isn't fair this and you really didn't respect at all the place that was givin to you. maybe you could have put more effort in leaving a cleaner room. It is never left like this. always a little bit dirty but very rarely so much. this review brings down the bnb. The negative reviews have a stronger effect then a good one on air bnb. we have always recieved good review. Only 3 or 4 bad reviews in 2 years out of 400 guest at least. But it is easy to loose stars hard to gain them. The guest the left bad reviews were always the ones that didn't respect the bnb and always broke the rules and left the room dirty. they always recieved a good review as we don't believe in expressing our feelings on internet we always prefer speaking in person. some people have no respect for the place given to them, they hide behide computer screens speaking badly about others, complaining about everything, and they write on internet but don't speak to us asking for us to help them. us humans don't speak in person anymore always on internet. but I don't agree about this and i felt the need to express my feelings. I'm sorry But i really don't agree about any of this. the hard work put into this goes away for even one bad review because you misunderstood but i did say sorry. again i say sorry it is not good to find ants in the bnb if i knew before it would have been taken care of. as i did as soon as you have left. it is my job to clean the bnb i don't complain about this even if very dirty. but if we have to say everything then i also say my point of view. Again i apologise. next time i will be more careful while speaking and repeat things more and louder. Also since nobody says things in person i must knock serval times asking if everything is ok. i always say at checkin please ask our help for anything needed. But from now on i will say this several times during each day. Kind Regards

We loved our stay in Valeries little flat. It was perfect for what we needed. A base to see Rome with lots of advice from our hosts. Tram is very close by which takes you to central station and the main sites. Would definitely recommend!
