Sarah has a wonderful home and she was an excellent host. I didn't get to meet Sarah but she was very responsive and communicative. Although the home is shared I had plenty of privacy and space to relax. The room is quite large and has plenty of closet space, a workspace, and a very comfortable bed. The whole home was very clean and quite cozy. The location is very good as it's right next to the river/greenway but also very close to downtown St. Paul. I didn't have a car but there is a bus route nearby that can get you to most places and to the airport in a very short amount of time (15 minutes). The area is safe and bike-able but it was a bummer that the bike share stations aren't as common in this area as they are closer to St. Paul or Minneapolis. Holly and Penny are also very cute and sweet dogs. They hardly make any noise beyond a few barks when you first arrive, but they settle down quickly and most of the time I didn't even know they were around. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is some road noise but unless you are a light sleeper then you won't notice it at all. Highly recommended for a solo traveler or a couple!

Hope to come back again. Come see us in Tampa , we have plenty of room. No need for Airbnb (EMAIL HIDDEN)

West of downtown St Paul in a quiet neighborhood across the road from the Mississippi River. A spotlessly clean room and perfect for my purposes. I had a rental car & could get everywhere I wanted quickly and easily. The hosts are very nice.

Sarah and Matt are great hosts who are both friendly and respectful of privacy. Guests have a comfortable space that is attractive and clean. The location was very convenient for me and parking easy. It is close to downtown St. Paul as well as major roads to take you quickly to Minneapolis or wherever else you wish to go. I would be happy to return.

The house is very conveniently located to everything (about 15min driving) in the Twin cities, The room is on the front of the house, which can be loud do to traffic, so light sleepers should be aware. Breakfast was only bananas and granola bars. The kitchen is free to use, but you have to bring your own food and beverages! Matt and Sarah are very considerate and good communicators. We actually never met Sarah because she had to work when we were at the house. She kindly offered and lent us bicycles to ride along the path next to the Mississippi. We had a very pleasant hour (one way) ride up to Minnehaha Falls. Note that they also own two large, but friendly and quiet dogs, so you may expect some odors and hair in the house.

Sarah User ProfileSarah is a superhost.

I'm a California Native and an ex travel nurse who wound up in the Twin Cities after meeting my amazing boyfriend Matt (who is also my AirBnB co host). I love meeting new people and traveling. I have utilized AirBnb for long term stays while I was a travel nurse, and also for play while traveling abroad. I hope to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment to others, like I have received in the past.

Matt and I stay very active. He is in software sales and I am a pediatric RN and jiujitsu lover. We enjoy unwinding at home after our work days and spending time with our two dogs Penny and Holly. We love meeting new individuals and enjoy a balance of socializing and alone time. You are more than welcome to spend time alone while staying in our home, or chat with us and enjoy beverage or two!

We look forward to your visit!
