The space
The Lakefront A-Frame Chalet is located on Huyck Lake in Marcellus, Michigan.

A unique chalet-style home with many windows and great ventilation. The A-Frame has a spacious tiered deck along side of a charming stairway that leads directly down to a private beach. Great place to just get away from the craziness of city life! We have high speed fiber optic internet service with a new ROKU television. We encourage you to use your time here to read a good book, play some board games or cards, watch some TV or catch up on your sleep! (or other activities :)

Small spring- fed fishing lake with about about 6 homes that have boats on the water. The only street accessible boat launch and beach are at the Long Dog Retreat.

We are located on a country road on Huyck Lake. Huyck Lake is a small fishing, no wake lake. Boats (when available) can be rented. A Row boat (1) rental is included when cabin is rented for the whole week, otherwise the rowboat cost is $10.00 per day. Pontoon boat is $40. per day / $175. for the whole week (gas provided). There is a propane gas grill, a picnic table and a fire pit. The first load of firewood is included with the cabin rental.
