The space
One bedroom suite with full kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and private washer/dryer. You are steps away from the coastal trail, parks and less than 3 miles from downtown.

Private entrance down 12 steps from the parking spot. Private keypad entrance so that you can come and go as you wish.

Other things to note
Not suitable for children under 2 years old. Absolutely no vaping, smoking or e-cigarette use anywhere on the property. We are a couple of miles from Lake Hood, the busiest seaplane base in the world, so we often hear small planes overhead.
