Garden and bay views

Soak up the views during your stay.
Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

The space
Bian Mor is the smaller of 2 barns, renovated in 2016, and sleeps 1-2 in studio-style accommodation. There is no separate bedroom, but the living area is spacious and efficiently designed; there is a king size bed with memory foam mattress. It can comfortably accommodate couples or single travellers looking for the freedom of self-catering accommodation.

We have equipped Bian Mor with everything necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including TV, WiFi, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, WC and sink unit. All linen and towels are provided.

We are happy to allow well-behaved dogs, but we do charge a fee of £20; please be sure to add it to your booking.

Please note this is self-catering accommodation.

Our other property, a 1 bedroom barn conversion, is nearby - listed on Airbnb as Keynvor.

Guest access
The barn is self-contained; there is a garden shared with one other holiday barn. Outdoor table and chairs, and plenty of parking space are all provided.

Other things to note
A car is useful to access the property, but not essential. There is a bus service from Falmouth, and the local village has most amenities.

The National Trust also has a holiday property near the farmhouse, and the road between Falmouth and Mawnan Smith runs past the car parking area of the cottage; there is very little impact from these on Bian Mor.

Please note, the windows in Bian Mor face the garden, and there is no sea view from indoors.
